• While your shop has ShopPilot installed
• For a reasonable period after uninstall for backup purposes

Important: When you uninstall ShopPilot from your Shopify store, all your data is automatically deleted from our systems within 24-48 hours.

ShopPilot does not guarantee specific results such as increased sales or customer engagement.
